After gym, heading off to Tun Fuad apply the super economy ordering for 3 persons, while the other with their own. And we ordered this big plate Wa tan Ho costs RM15 from RM6 per meal. Nah you see the differences between that plate with front plate which is the size looks big. It called HEAVEN, Ulala. <3

Todays Lunch

Its been a long time didn't get some Rojak at any restaurant Jawa because I am so in love with Nasi Penyek or Nasi Lalap. Javanese recipe was one of my favourite food, such as Mee Jawa, Soto Jawa, most of all Indonesian food (Javanese) and the best food I can only choose beside Java Food is Chinese Food. Not forgetting the traditional tribal food itself.

7km Charity Run

7/7 is the day where we run over the tanjung aru from sutera. It was for charity. Followed by almost 13k runners or volunteer to run for 7kilometer from Sutera to Tanjung aru with sunset view, buying the clothes and run for fun. Yahuu. Excersize again.

For holiday season. I activated myself for Gym in this month. Not for skinny body but also for healthy. with halthier food everyday for lunch and dinner giving the best I cafor not following the temptation. Lol.
